Are the vehicles insured?
Mandatory Civil responsibility insurances are included for petrol scooters. All other bicycles and electric scooters, does not have insurance against damages and renter is liable for all loses.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
You can pay by cash or any major debit – credit card.
How do I rent a bicycle or scooter?
You can rent a bicycle or scooter by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or by calling (34) 645 333 444. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Can I change the bicycle or scooter after the reservation?
Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call (34) 645 333 444 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.
Where can I take the bicycle or scooter from and where should I return it?
You can take the bicycle or scooter at the address Carrer de Balboa 1c, Barcelona 08003 or Carrer de Judici 3, Barcelona 08003 (both locations are in famous Barceloneta district near Barcelona beaches). If you have reserved a bicycle or scooterr for more than seven days, we can deliver the car to the location of your apartment or hotel. The bicycle or scooter has to be returned to an the same location in Barcelona where it was picked up.

Do you deliver bicycles and scooters outside Barcelona?
Yes, we will deliver you the car to the location of your choice for an additional price.
